Estate planning includes both planning for the transfer of property at death as well as lifetime transfers of both personal and business assets. Some of the planning tools that Jabber and Isaac, P.A. provides include: wills, living wills, durable powers of attorney, and health care powers of attorney.
Probate administration includes assisting the personal representatives with admitting the will and filing necessary probate forms in the Probate Court, advising personal representatives on administration issues on both testate and intestate estates such as selling assets of the decedent, paying creditors' claims, protecting estates in litigation, transferring assets to beneficiaries and heirs, filing elective shares for spouses. In addition, we can assist with the appointment of a conservator for both minors and adults and with the appointment of a guardian for incapacitated adults in the Probate Court.
