Bried Bio Info Gail B. Jabber earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science in 1990 from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1994. Upon graduation, Jabber joined the Administrative Law Judge Division as staff counsel, where she handled cases involving administrative and regulatory law.
Tameika Isaac Devine earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University in 1994 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1997.
